No guarantee the new owner will be granted the lease. • Alturas Ranches offers the public at large the rights to hunt nearly 55,000 acres of rice and farmland for $400 per year. In addition, a duck pond on their property has two two-person blinds that can be reserved for $150 per day per hunter.
