Great access from HWY 139, the property is about 1 ¾ mile off the Highway. Located in the X3A Deer zone at an elevation of 4600 ft.
There are no utilities on the property, however, cell service is a nice surprise.
Johnson Creek usually stops flowing in June, but a large pool in the creek bed holds water all year.
The town of Adin lays about 8 ½ miles to the west and Alturas is within 40 minutes to the east.
