Todd Renfrew wins APEX 2020 National Broker of the Year in AgLand Sales: Ranches

  • Todd Renfrew, ALC, was recognized as the REALTORS Land Institute’s APEX 2020 National Broker of the Year for AgLand Sales: Ranches. The award recognizes the applicant with the highest qualifying transaction volume in ranch sales.

    Renfrew received the award from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founder Eric O’Keefe on Wednesday, March 17, during RLI’s 2021 Virtual National Land Conference.

    “This is a great honor to receive! I have a great team behind me at COP, couldn’t have done it without them” said Renfrew upon receiving the award.

    “We are proud of Todd and all of our members that were recognized for their accomplishments in 2020. They truly are the cream of the crop when it comes to land real estate professionals,” said Kobernus about the award winners.

    The APEX Awards Program celebrated its fourth year by tripling in size since its inception, with 140 applicants totaling a combined $3.5 billion in qualifying transaction volume. All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Awards Program are active members of RLI.
