Business Update: Effects of the COVID-19

With the recent events of the worldwide COVID-19 virus, all of us here at California Outdoor Properties hope that you & your family remain safe & healthy. Despite these uncertain times, our team here at COP is here to help you! Can you still list and/or buy real estate during this time? YES. The real estate market is still moving and you will still be able to list & buy properties. With the low-interest rate and stock market volatility, it is a very attractive time to buy & invest in real estate. Many of our sellers & buyers predict that land properties will become a highly sought-after investment after the crisis slows down. The listings we represent are becoming known as “the place to be” during an epidemic such as this one.  

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 & California shelter-in-place situation and hope to get back to our normal business routine soon. Our website has excellent resources when prospecting potential property: Property photos, Custom listing videos, & Property Maps- all easily accessible from the listing page. We are also equipped with the essential technology for a variety of business scenarios: online meetings, presentations, etc. through a variety of programs. Contracts can be reviewed over the phone and signed electronically. Title Companies and Lenders are still open which means escrows will still close.
